 I got your note, and am interested in talking to you sometime about
 the ideas -- I agree totally with the basic notions, but have some
 differences of opinion about how things should be presented (e.g.
 I think the notion of LIST should be primary and the representation
 as binary trees brought in later as an implementation detail)
 Anyway I would like very much to have a copy and to talk when you
 get a chance.  I'll be around for most of vacation, in and out.
